Crowns

Crowns are used when a tooth is broken, teeth that have a good amount of decay or if the tooth has had a root canal.

A crown also known as a cap is used to restore the tooth to its natural  state.  The crown protects the tooth structure and give it that extra strength that it needs.  There are two appointments needed for a crown.

The first appointment is to prepare the tooth with impressions that will be sent to a highly qualified lab.  There they will make your custom crown that will fit over the tooth  structure. /

The second appointment is to fit and adjust the crown to give you a very comfortable bite that is very natural and beautiful.

Crowns will last for years if taken care of with good home care and regular cleaning visits.
